I am Ankeet Kavaiya, an enterprise product designer who loves to create practical and impactful solutions in Fintech. At Paypal, I am working on creating a unified solution for the customer success team to log and resolve customer queries.

Having studied Design for Retail Experience from National Institute of Design I tend to connect the digital experiences with physical ones. When I am not on my design desk, I love getting my hands dirty maintaining my terrace garden. Currently, I am in pursuit of learning more about Indian Mythology.

At PayPal, I am a part of the team that works towards building the future state Customer support engagement platform. Building out the Engagement Center Future State platform is a key program to support Global customer support operational efficiencies and deliver effortless experiences to our teammates (customer support agents).
